Getting To Your Lesson on Time:

Arrive 1 hour before your lesson if collecting rental gear or your MyPass card/Lift Pass on the day

Allow extra travel time during peak periods or in winter conditions

Taking the Ski Bus from Queenstown? Please book a departure time that gets you to the mountain well ahead of your lesson:

To Change Your Booking:
You can make some changes to your reservations, subject to availability.

Select "Overview and then "Order History"

Find your order and select "DETAILS"

Select "RESERVATIONS"

Select "RESCHEDULE" and then your preferred date.
