Junior Performance Academy - 10 Day Block

Want to take their skiing to the next level and train with mates? Our Junior Performance Academy is a new, in demand programme offering comprehensive training in race, freeride, and slopestyle. The perfect choice for junior performance skiers and athletes looking to perfect technique in an aspirational and fun environment. A real drawcard of JPA is training is in a multi-discipline environment, maximising the opportunity to become that rad skier turning everyone’s heads on the chair! 

If you’ve completed Rippers, QAST Dev, Enduro or Local Schools at High Performance level and want to continue training in a blend of alpine technical/race, park and freeride elements this could be the perfect pathway.  

Our team of highly qualified coaches are hand-picked specifically for the JPA programme and come with a wealth of global coaching experience across similar multi-discipline programmes including teen programmes.

Uniforms:

Junior Performance Academy uniforms are worn whenever training or competing and can be purchased on t the mountain in our retail shop (additional cost). Registering for the Junior Performance Academy gives your junior the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a fun, inspiring, progressive performance programme. 

Includes:   

• A 2-week programme consisting of 10 training days with our world class performance coaches. 
• With small group sizes of six athletes, our world-class coaches create a fun but progressive learning environment for your athlete. Training will be Coronet Peak based for technical and alpine events and training, and The Remarkables based for park and freeride events and training.  
• Many opportunities present to complete in various local events/competitions throughout the season. This is a unique chance to maximize technical and performance skiing as well as become successful in park and freeride skiing.  

Times:  

• 9am – 2:30pm   
• Starts Monday 8 July and includes two x five day blocks across the July school holidays 

Ages: 

• 5-12 years  
• 13-17 years
